Q: Compressor open but can't work (missing untitled.compressor file)

Hello, and first sorry for my english level.

I use compressor 4.2.2. on a '(sometime) shared IMAC, and i discover now each time i try to open the software this message : Le document « Untitled.compressor » n’a pas pu être ouvert. Le fichier n’existe pas. (roughly "Untitled.compressor can't be open. No such file")

I tried the basic "erase-reboot-reinstall" trick, nothing change.

I tried the plan B" erase library compressor preference file and erase-reboot-reinstall", still nothing...

Soo, now i need more advanced solution now, if someone can help me with this.

Thanks !

Compressor, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5), iMac (Retina 5K)

It is looking for a batch file that has gone missing.  To fix it do this.

    - Launch Compressor

    - Go to the Preferences (Command-,)

    - Go to the Advanced pane

    - Click "Reset Queue"

    - Click "Cancel Jobs"

    - Click "Reset Queue" again

    - Click "Repair Compressor"

    - Click "Update Droplets" just for good measure

    - Quit Compressor and relaunch
