That means you can't use that backup.
If you're trying to restoring a backup to a newer phone, then backup your old device again.
If that's not what you're doing then sorry you can't use that backup.

Sorry then there is nothing you can do to use that backup since it is corrupted.
You can sync back your apps using iTunes, if you've been importing your pics to your computer, you can sync those back to with iTunes.
