my iphone 5s could not come up again after changing a new battery

Please help. I bought an iphone 5s 16G ram. it first developed a nouth piece problems, it got repaired, then could not power. I changed the battery and yet could not boot. The technician told me its showing an Error 9 message. What could be the issue. I need help.
