Connecting Macbook Pro to 2 Dell Monitors

I feel I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find the correct adapter to connect my Macbook Pro (mid 2012) to 2 Dell 24 Monitors | E2416H at work.

My Macbook Pro:

OS X El Capitan

Version 10.11.5 (15F34)

15-inch, Mid 2012

Processor 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB

Connectivity to the Dell Monitors is DP (DisplayPort) or VGA.

I really appreciate any assistance that can be provided.

Get two display port to mini display port cables and plug the displayport ends into the monitors, and the mini displayport ends into the Thunderbolt ports on the MacBook Pro.

Thanks a lot, Esquared. Unfortunately, I only have 1 Thunderbolt port and 1 Firewire port.

Trying to find a splitter to plug the two monitors in to, and then in to the Thunderbolt.

Hi, I have a MacPro 13" mid 2012 and use two DELL monitors with a Matrox Graphics eXpension module. It works :-) Take a look at http://www.matrox.com/graphics/de/products/gxm/ or go to the english webpage.
