Q: ipod nano 6

I have an ipod nano 6. The battery does not work, if disconnected from the power supply lasts a few minutes and off. besides that I have a button that does not work. it is possible to repair it? I can take it to a service center ? Apple can change the device me a new one ? or accept as payment ipod to get a new one? What I can do ? This device is very useful for me !! Excuse my English! Thank you, I'm looking forward for your answer!

    Hi Franklin. I'm sorry that your battery does not seem to work. Have you tried to reset it or does the button issue keep you from resetting it?
