How do I uninstall IOS 10 Beta?

So I recently updated my phone to the new IOS 10 Beta on my IPhone 6s. I've heard that it can delete everything on my device and I want to prevent that from happening, also the installation is very glitch and slow. Can anyone help me uninstall this regrettable mistake?
