Q: some songs' lyrics show completely blank on my iPod,

I need help with an iPod issue, but it's only giving me options for phone calls. The problem is I don't have a phone. I literally do not have one--not a mobile, not a landline. I have NO ACCESS to a phone.

How do I get chat or e-mail support?

I have a 2nd Gen iPod Nano.

I'm having an issue with lyrics showing--for no discernible reason, some songs' lyrics show completely blank on my iPod, while in iTunes they display normally. It shows the song title and then absolutely nothing beneath that. No matter how many times I re-sync or edit the lyrics, nothing changes.

It can't be encoding/text issues because I'm manually typing the lyrics in, they're not copy/pasted.

And this is a problem which has persisted for years, across the span of several updates of the program.

I had an iPod Classic that did this. Took it to an Apple Store only to find out the drive was failing.

Considering the age of your iPod nano, that's probably the case

Why would a failing drive only affect the lyrics of some songs? Some songs' lyrics show up perfectly fine, while others' don't.
