Q: I cannot connect to the App store
I cannot connect now to the App store on my iPad Air 2 where as I was previously able to. I have no problem connecting with my iPhone 6s. I tried going into the settings and checking information but to no avail.

I went to settings - iTunes/Apps and signed out and signed back into my account. That did the trick, problem solved.
