My iPad 2 is unable to check for a software update
My 2015 iPad 2 is responding slowly & is unable to check for a software update: an error occurred while checking for a software update... Cancel / Try Again
How do I remedy this issue
Restart your iPad then try again.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
- After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
