Q: Apps Not Redownloading

Snapchat Started To Act Up So I Deleted, And Try To Redownload It. Once I Did That It Either Loaded And Went Back To The Cloud With The Arrow And Said Something Like "You Have Already Purchase This App" Or It'll Load And Stay At The Pause Button

    Hello there, Dezaun Hicks!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It looks like you are trying to reinstall past purchases on your device. I know how important it is to be able to install apps as well that were purchased. You might want to start with signing out of your Apple ID in the iTunes Store by going to Settings> iTunes and App Store. Then tap your Apple ID and sign out. Once you have done that, check out this article about how to Download your past purchases. Once you have signed back in with the Apple ID, try and download the apps again.

If you're still having issues, check out these steps:

    Get help

If you see a message that says, "This device is associated with another Apple ID. You cannot associate this device with another Apple ID for [number] days," you might need to wait to download your purchases. Learn more about associated devices.

Check to see if the purchases you're looking for are hidden. If your purchases are hidden, you might not see them even after you follow the steps below. Learn how to unhide purchases.

See if the content is available for redownload. Previously purchased items might not be available if they're no longer on the iTunes Store. Also, make sure that you’re in a country where you can redownload items. If you changed your Apple ID from one country to another, you can’t download items you purchased in a previous country.

Some of your purchases might be in a queue to download. Learn how to check for available downloads. You can have all purchases automatically download to a device or your computer if you turn on automatic downloads.

If your download was interrupted, learn how to resume the download.

If you can't find the item that you purchased in the iTunes Store, report a problem with the item. You can report a problem with a purchase made within the last 90 days. If you have a problem with an older purchase, contact iTunes Store support.

After you download your purchases, back up your iTunes library. Previous purchases might be unavailable if they've been refunded or aren't on the iTunes Store.

    Cheers!
