Q: how do I scroll in the notification center without a mouse?

How do i scroll in the notification area without a mouse. I cannot see all items on today.

MacBook Air, iOS 9.3.2

I also owe King_Penguin a debt... except I AM using a Dell Inspiron Win10 right now that also scrolls with two fingers on teh trackpad!!
Which came first? The chicken or the egg? My $$ is on Mac notebooks!
