Q: Music won't work
I uploaded a CD to my computer and it is appearing in my iTunes. When I look on my phone and iPad it is showing up; however, is light grey in color and won't play. The image of the cloud on my computer is a dotted outline. What do I do.

First, I assume you are subscribed to iTunes Match since you posted here. If you are not subscribed to iTunes Match (or Apple Music), your music will not go to iCloud.
