Q: AiPort Time Capsule will not backup through Time Machine

I have a previously owned AirPort Time Capsule 802.11n (4th Generation). I have it hooked up and the WiFi router works great. But for some reason my Mac Mini does not back up to the Time Capsule through Time Machine. The AirPort Utility sees it, I can see it in the Finder, but when I run a backup it does not back my Mac Mini up.

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.6.7)
