Q: Playlist Running order different on iPhone and iPad

This issue has frustrated me before but i have just accepted it, but now i need to get it sorted,

I have just create a new Smart Playlist on the MAC (Latest Operating system etc), it only has about 15 tracks at present.

My system is set up so that my iPhone and iPad sync up automically with the Mac etc...

I go to the Iphone and the new Playlist is there but all the tracks are in a different order, not one i want, and gues what the iPad is also different again (it is different to the Mac and the iPhone)  so now i have one playlist with three totally different playing order......why does this happen, and what is the fix PLEASE...?
