Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support
The 2011 Mini does not support Win XP (or Vista).
It does support 32 and 64 bit Win 7 though.
There is also a BootCamp forum
I would run XP as a virtual machine with an app like the free VirtualBox or paid Parallels

Jul 13, 2016 7:33 AM in response to FJCilliersby Rudegar, you should be able to do it from a virtual machine like free virtualbox and install winXP there
it's easier then bootcamp really and is just as good unless one have very little memory in the machine
or need to run 3d games
you can try your luck with this search

Jul 13, 2016 7:44 AM in response to Rudegarby FJCilliers,Thanks guys. I have Parallels 11 with XP and it works good. I have a issue sometime with parallels not working well with the usb interface of the scanner. Thats the reason why I want a bootcamp install.
On youtube there are videos where the guys have managed to do this. Here is a example: https://youtu.be/N6M4okEbh4U
Some forums say that you have to have the snow leopard DVD where the drivers are located. Even the support page say that you have to get it from the dvd.
I am a bit confused?
Thanks
