Q: frozen iphone 5 screen broken home button

my iphone 5 screen is frozen but if someone were to text me or call me it will pop up but i still cant answer it or slide to text back. my home button is broken and i have the assistive touch touch button but that wont work when i touch it.. i had to wait two days for it to die and prayed when it came back on that it wouldn't be frozen but it still is... :/ someone please help me i just got this phone two weeks ago):
