You should also be getting E-mail invoices for every purchase made with your Apple ID. If the E-mail used for your Apple ID is not functioning you should update it a working one so you receive these invoices.
You can also check the purchases made in the last 90 days with your Apple ID by going to
http://reportaproblem.apple.com
Beyond that, you need to have better control of what devices are using your Apple ID and for what.
The best option would be to change your Password for your Apple ID and wait and see who requires it next for purchases.
