Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I know having issues with CarPlay is not what you expect. The following article will be helpful in troubleshooting your Apple Music issue while using CarPlay, as it contains these helpful steps:- Make sure that Siri is turned on.
- Restart your iPhone and your car. Depending on your car, you might see the CarPlay Home screen when you turn it on. If you don't, look for the CarPlay logo on your car’s display.
- If possible, connect your iPhone to a different USB port in your car.
- Try a different Lightning to USB cable. Make sure the cable is certified.
- Update to the latest version of iOS.
- Check your car’s manual for help. You might need to install firmware updates for your stereo.
Set up CarPlay to use with your iPhone

1. Siri is on
2. Restarted phone and car. Results are the same. Everything is okay except For You and Radio portions of Apple Music
3/4. Tried a different port and a different cable. No difference.
5. On latest iOS
6. Car has the latest firmware update. Manual has me referred to Apple since this is a Carplay issue, not a Sync issue
Any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Willing to give anything a shot. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Cheers and have a great day!
