Q: I tried to use the FIND MY PHONE feature on my computer..and I was asked first to beef up my password and update security questions to continue. Is Apple KIDDING?  Find your phone is URGENT. I bailed to retrace my steps pinging w/my watch. .

I tried to use the FIND MY PHONE feature on my computer..and I was asked first to beef up my password and update security questions to continue. Is Apple KIDDING?  Find your phone is URGENT.

URGENT.

I bailed the tortuous hurdles foisted on me to continue through iCloud and bailed on my attempt at getting to Find my Phone and I ran as fast as possible to retrace my steps of the morning, looking at my Apple watch for connection and pinging when close. I found it on a counter in a hospital lobby. No thanks to Apple iCloud.

I shouldn't have had to retrace all my steps -I should have known where to run and I found it luckily with no help from find my phone-if anything I was thwarted in time through the Draconian security measures. Update my password? Update my security questions? THAT WAS NOT THE TIME FOR THAT... I had left my phone on a counter in a public lobby.
