Q: can't update ios on my mini ipad, everytime i tap settings, it is restarting automatically
i was trying to update my son's ipad mini, however, everytime i tap the settings it automatically re starts itself and only shows the apple logo. tried so many times to update the ios but to no avail, please help.
So I have no way of knowing which ios is on my son's ipad.

Have you tried force quitting the running apps, in case one of them is causing a problem?
