Q: Can't supervise devices OTA using these steps.

Hello.

I am following these steps. To achieve "next device activation" I just wipe device and next time it goes through enrollment process during activation like it's shown here https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204676. But for some devices it does not work, there is no "auto enrollment" during activation and that's why the device can't be supervised.

I also noticed that there is no "Enrollment Settings" under Profile Manager for devices that can't be supervised, I just add them to a group that has "Enrollment Settings" option enabled and expect they to be supervised after wipe.
