Your first step is to determine whether it was your iTunes account that is related to the purchases or whether it's another iTunes account that has been charged against your account.

Do you see these purchases in your purchase history.

OK I see three possibilities here :

    1. Someone else used your Apple ID

    2. Someone on your Family Sharing made some purchases you didn't realize they made

    3. Someone stole your credit card information and used it on an Apple ID you do not have access to.

If you have Family Sharing, check with your family members to see if it was them.

If you don't, check your purchase history using iTunes (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088) or reportaproblem.apple.com

If you see purchases you did not initiate or see no trace of the purchases that were charged, contact Apple directly, (with your credit card in hand if the purchases were not made from your account).
