Account funds

I Can't seem to find a way to use the funds that I have already in my "account wallet". my new Apple TV (4th gen, I believe) simply charges my credit card I have on file. I can't find the option to use my credits to rent a movie from the apple store. Does anyone know how to use account funds?

Are you signed in to the same Apple ID on your Apple TV as on your computer? Are you certain of your account balance in iTunes? If you access the store from more than one computer the balance displayed can sometimes be out of date. Signing out of the store and then back in again may correct this.
