Q: Apple ID keeps saying Disabled

I am having issues with the App Store, when Ive reset the password already but still no change, I made sure everything was up to date security/account wise as well. PLEASE HELP

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.2

Hey,
thanks for responding so quickly but I have actually read this article and have done everything it said but it still isnt working it just keep telling me that my Apple ID is disabled. Only in the app store do I get that message so if there is a way to just reset things just let me know. Thank you again
