Hi

Try force restarting your watch: press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the logo.

If that does not help, next try charging your watch for around 2.5 hours, making sure that you follow the charging instructions here:

Check your battery and charge your Apple Watch - Apple Support

After that time, if it has not already restarted automatically, remove it from the charger and:

- Try restarting it (by pressing and holding the side button until you see the Apple logo).

- If necessary, next try force restarting it again.

A number of other users have also reported experiencing this issue recently.

You (and anyone else who is affected by it) may wish to let Apple know that you have also experienced it, either by contacting Apple Support:

Force restart your watch.

Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

If that helped, make sure the Apple Watch software is up to date.

On your iPhone tap Settings then tap the Watch icon User uploaded file then tap General > Software Update

Latest Watch OS version available is 2.2.1.
