Q: Unable to re-download TuneIn Radio Pro

I purchased TuneIn Radio Pro app back in 2011 and now the AppStore is telling me I have to purchase again?

 

Could someone from Apple help me fixing that? I don't want to pay for the app again since I already did back in 2011.

    I understand you're being prompted to purchase an app that you've already paid for. I can understand why you wouldn't want to pay twice for the same app, and I'm happy to help get this resolved.  One possible explanation would be if you have more than one Apple ID, and it was purchased using the other Apple ID.  If you're sure that's not the case, it would be best to contact iTunes support to look into this further for you.  iTunes support can be reached by clicking the following link, then select "iTunes and Apple Music":
