Q: Can't factory reset iPod Touch/iCloud disabled on iPod Touch
I want to remove restrictions from my iPod Touch (iOS version 9.3.2), but to do that I need to factory reset the device.
To do that I need to turn off Find My iPod, but the "iCloud" tab in the settings app has been greyed out and disabled due to changes to accounts being restricted.
Is there another way for me to reset my iPod that doesn't require using the iCloud tab in my iPod settings, or is there a way to find/reset the restrictions password?

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263
and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

For how to restore:
Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Note that if a backup was made with the Restrictions set, restoring from that backup will also restore the Restrictions.
