Q: Individual apps not recognizing Smart Keyboard

I've experienced an annoying intermittent issue where the Smart Keyboard doesn't seem to be recognized by some apps (EA Sports Scrabble for instance) but other apps work fine.  Along the same lines have intermittently had a web site not recognize individual keys ("h" and/or "space bar") yet recognize most of the other keys.  Navigate to another web site without doing anything else and all the keys work.  Navigate back to the web site and the same keys are inoperable.

Has anyone else experienced this?

This has occurred more on the 9.7" iPad Pro Smart Keyboard than the 12.5" Smart Keyboard.  Have swapped them between the 2 devices to see if the problem is the keyboard or the device with inconsistent results.  Sometimes the behavior is reproduced at a site when the keyboards are swapped while remaining on the site.  Other times it's not.

It is random but occurs at least once a day at some point or another.
