Does Final Cut Pro X come with the Macbook Pro now?
I've been looking into buying a Macbook Pro and I heard that it comes with Final Cut Pro on it. I was wondering if that was true.

NO. That is not true.
FCP X is purchased through the App Store.
You can get yourself a free 30 day trial before you buy.

It does not. You can buy it preinstalled, but you have to pay the full price for it.
All Macs come with iMovie which can be viewed as a simplified version of FCP X, which nevertheless is an extremely good NLE and perfect for editing most films unless you have some specific requirements not covered by it.
Does Final Cut Pro X come with the Macbook Pro now?
