Unable to Manage Subscriptions from Phone
iPhone 6, IOS 9.3.2
I need to cancel a subscription. I am advised that I must go to "Settings", then "iTunes & App Store". I am to tap on my Apple ID. This is supposed to take me to a menu where I can manage my subscriptions.
This does not happen. When I tap on my Apple ID, I choose "View Apple ID". I window begins to open, but closes immediately, with no further effect. I have logged in and out several times, and restarted several times. I do not use iTunes software.
Any help is appreciated.
