Lost contacts by downgrading and outlook keeps asking my password

I have an Iphone 6 running IOS 9.3.2 at this moment. I was on beta ios 10 but didn't liked it so i went back to ios 9.3.2 by downgrading from itunes using a file on my desktop. After that i lost my contacts and my outlook e-mail keeps asking me for my password even if i type it in correct. So i deleted everything on my Iphone and I backed it up to the Back up file before i downloaden ios 10. And i still have the same problem

Does anyone has the same problem or has a solution for me? Hope to hear soon
