If you have find my iPhone turned on then you can go to www.icloud.com and try to locate it. You can also remote wipe it. Other than that there isn't really anything you can do. But if the Find My iPhone is turned on then rest assured that the thief won't have much fun with your phone without your iTunes password. It will be locked.

Contact the police and your cell phone service provider. Apple does not get involved at all with lost or stolen items.
