my apple id is correct with oassword and icloud is correct but when i reset my iphone now the activation can not be completed and said the id and paswird can not unlock

hi all

i can not activate my iphone despite i put the apple id and password are correct but the activation dont complete

l tried to remove other pc and iphone and i did when i entered the icloud but the same i canot activate my iphone.

i reset the pasword of my account but i cant activate to process my iphone.??

plz help me
