5C, error when trying to install iOS 9, tried everything!

When trying to update my phone to iOS 9.3.2 it's just coming up saying an error occurred but I've been on support and tried everything it says, someone please help

There is no error number, however the exact message says "unable to install update " an error occurred installing iOS 9.3.2.

How are you attempting to update the device? Over the Air or iTunes on a Mac or PC.
