I have enquiry about if I download some song from itunes store then it will become immediately in music library then i want to use a third app to edit like cut the song or the name or lyrics .. So how to edit it ,, and thank you

Depending on what exactly you want to edit, you may not need any third-party app, but you can use one if you want.
After downloading your purchased sing to iTunes app, right-click on it and select Get Info. There are multiple tabs for editing different information.

If you are talking about audio editing, such as vocal suppression, remixing, fading, etc,. then you can use a 3rd party audio editor such as Garage Band.
