Q: iPhone 6S Plus wifi drops once homescreen turns off
I recently moved into my new house and once I got the internet hooked back up I've had issues with my iPhone 6S Plus connecting to my wifi and staying connected. I can go out to places and connect and see available networks just fine on my phone, but at home it won't show any and I know my neighbors all have networks because my computer picks them up. I put my wifi information into my phone and it says it cannot find the network. I hit the WPS button on my router and then it will let me input the information and it will connect. I can walk all around my house upstairs and downstairs and it will work just fine on wifi but once the screen gets turned off it will drop the connection. When I bring it back on it will not reconnect unless I'm right beside my router. All other devices work just fine in the house and my roommates phone has none of these issues and connects right away once home. Mine did at my old apartment, but now I'm having nothing but issues.
I have done all the things like reset my network settings, reboot my phone, reboot my router and modem. I just want my phone to connect automatically and stay connected while I'm at home!
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.2
