Q: will changing the apple id stop applications of purchased apps

My apps on App store stopped updating as it says your apple id has been disabled.

I had tried resetting the password including answering the security questions, but the result are same,

I cannot buy or update any app

from the Apple store.

I have purchased two apps using the credit card which I fear that if I change my apple id,  the purchased app will stop working.

Please suggest related solution

If your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons, changing the password solves the issue. If it's disabled for other reasons (like owing money to Apple after a payment was refused by your credit card company, for instance), it's a completely different situation.

If I were you, I'd try changing the payment method on my Apple ID, or contact Apple (you can use getsupport.apple.com) directly to know what is going on exactly.
