Back up failing

updated to iOS 9.3.2 recently and just found out autobackup has stopped working! Followed instructions to sort and have now lost everything off the phone, cannot connect to iTunes either even though I've reinstalled . . .

Have similar scenario in iPad Air and iPod although having had all problems with phone, haven't tried to rectify these yet.
