CANT VIEW APPLE ID

Restart your iPhone then try again.

1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

Have you tried doing it on your computer's iTunes : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support ?

I Cant open my view itunes on phone it flashes up then disappears. i need to cancel a subscription and I cant find where I could do that online

Nevermind I solved my problem and opened view my id on my mac.
