iCloud

Q: iCloud memory full but there is no files, why is this?

MY iCloud memory is said to be full according to a mail received, but I don't see any file when i open iCloud Drive

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.1

The iCloud Storage is not only related with iCloud Drive, also with backups, emails, photos, videos, etc.

For about 3 weeks, I am getting these emails, too.

"your icloud is full, you can not receive emails for your account..."

although icloud preferences and account info show 1.6 GB of free capacity. There is something wonky going on...
