Q: I pay for more storage and my still saying I don't have any.. But the extra storage is still not being used. Can you help me with this

I Pay for storage on my iPhone 6s and my phone is telling me I don't have any storage, but the extra storage  being used. Can someone help me with that?

You apparently bought additional iCloud storage. You cannot add storage to your iPhone.

 

Please check carefully if the message is for iCloud, or on your phone.

You can also check your usage in Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > each is listed separately. To see more detail, tap on Manage Storage.
