i don't receive any email from apple. i tried to reset my security answer and it said "email sent" , i checked my email and still there is no email from apple. How can i solve this problem? If my rescue email was wrong, would you please contact me as soon as possible thru my contact number. Thank you.

As you are not receiving emails sent to your rescue email address, you need to contact Apple Support.
To speak with Apple by telephone, call your country-specific contact number.

i cannot hit enter on "add rescue email" for security answer.
Call Apple, as advised in my previous reply.
