Hello everyone,

My new iMac 27" which i bought couple of week ago doesnt turn on. it keeps repeating to show "your computer restarted because there was a problem" in several languages . safeboot and recovery mode doesnt works.and its the same for single user and verbose mode. i have tried online recovery which ended up in a blank screen after the download. i even tried resetting PRAM. nothing works for me so far. any advise for me guys ? it will be highly appreciated.

It sounds like you have some sort of a hardware problem.

1. If you changed or added RAM modules, try it with only the original factory modules.

2. Disconnect all non essential USB, Mini DisplayPort/TB devices and then try OS X Recovery again.

If that doesn't help, Contact - Official Apple Support or your https://locate.apple.com/ and make a service appointment.

Additionally, a new iMac comes with 90 days free phone support and a 1 year hardware warranty,

which can easily be extended with Apple Care. http://www.apple.com/support/products/
