I would like to change default compress format (zip actualy) and replace it with 7zip.
How can i do that ?
Is there any options or parameters availables ? even if I must add package manualy ?
I don't want to use external application

I would not do that, and I see no reason for it also.

Before you do anything else.... Where did you get 7zip from? I do hope it wasn't from CNet or one of de other software collection sites, because these are often riddled with adwares.

FWIW, 7-Zip is a Windows program. There was a program called 7zX for Macs which has been discontinued. There is a program in the App Store called Keka which hasn't been updated in 3 years and may be discontinued.
I can't find any app for OSX that can create .7z files.
The Unarchiver will decompress .7z files.
For Mac 7ZIP is 7zX, version is 1.7.1
it works by drag and drop.
practically all zips can be read by the built in ArchiveUtility.
Unarchiver is even more all-round.
Compressing in Mac however delivers the standard zip format.
Lex, 7zX 1.7.1 was released 8 years ago. Are you saying it still works in El Capitan?

So from the discussion it is clear:
the "standard" compression in Mac is ZIP, international standard.
Uncompress of practically all other 'exotic' zips will work with the standard ArchiveUtility in Mac. Some less common zip formats can be uncompressed by 'special' zip apps, like Unarchiver (Appstore, the best of all), Stuffit, 7zip, and others.
Since I am in a windows environment with all kinds of old MS Windows versions, I use Unarchiver.

I do understand that there is many solutions to unzip many format by installing external app.
That I would like to know is there is a way to change internal settings to compress files in 7zip format directly from right clic and the default functionality to compress files ?
I mean Mac OSX is made from Unix (ich...) ; isn't there settings that we can reach to control the main UI ? A tiny little config file that will let us choose between Zip and 7zip format ?
Mac OSX already know uncrompress files in that format no ?
FWIW, OSX does not support .7z files natively so no there is no "setting". Then again neither does Windows or Linux.
I am curious, why would you like to have the 7Zip specifically?

I can guess why. 7zip has potentially an approximate 10% to 50% better compression ratio on some files. It doen't always turn out that way of course. It was more important in the days of lower capacity drives and slower upload speeds.
