Q: iCloud

my iPhone doesn't have any storage left due to all my pics and videos. Is there anyway I can upload them to iCloud so then I can delete them from my phone but still have them available on the iCloud?  Any info helps. Thanks!!

You could use iCloud Photo Library and then select Optimize Photos to save space on your phone. But please be aware that deleting them on your phone will delete them from iCloud.

Also you could try 3rd party Cloud Storage like Dropbox. They will allow you to delete on the phone and keep them on the cloud.

    None of the iCloud photo options offer true, separate off site storage of your photo's.  If you want to remove them from the device, and keep them, you must back them up to another cloud service or your computer's photo archive program.
