Q: I cannot see my playlists on another computer

I understand from your post that you want to transfer a playlist from your home computer to your family member's computer. In a situation like this I would recommend creating a new user account on your relative's computer, downloading iTunes, and then signing into iTunes with your own Apple ID. Once signed in, you can then download your songs for offline play and burn the CD.

Then download iTunes from this website: Get the latest version of iTunes

Sign into iTunes with your Apple ID. 

You can then transfer your purchased music to your relatives computer using these steps:
