Q: iphone 5 voice not working on calls only.works for face-time, siri, voice memos. can anyone help?

My iphone 5 voice is not working on phone calls. Voice works fine for face-time, siri, voice memos. I just tried a reset; did not help. Can anyone help?

If by voice, you mean speaker, then maybe this will help:

 

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

 

If you mean the microphone then try this:

 

Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
