Windows 10 Home/Pro/Enterprise product keys?

Is there any way I can finish activating Windows 10 by changing or entering a product key specifically available for Windows on Mac? After installation, Windows is telling me in Settings that in order to change my desktop wallpaper, etc., I must "Activate Windows" through settings. Now Windows is giving me an annoying yet slightly transparent alert on the corner of the screen telling me to activate Windows. What do I do? Is there a workaround so I can disable the alert + customize my desktop?

Go to the Microsoft site and activate Windows. I think if you click on the activate message it will take you to the activation page. There is no Mac specific version of Windows. You will need to purchase Windows in order to activate it.
