Can I back up my phone on my PC iCloud?
Having trouble backing up my phone on my 6plus device...says could not be completed. Can I back up my iphone on my pc icloud?
You can back up an iPhone to iCloud by turning on (on the iPhone) Settings > iCloud > Backup. You can use the "Backup Now" button on that screen or let it back up automatically. It will backup automatically while it is charging if it is connected to wi-fi.
Note that it really has nothing to do with iCloud For Windows on your PC other than that both involve your iCloud account. The contents of the backup won't be viewable from your PC or from iCloud.com. The backup can only be used to restore the device or to setup a new iOS device.
