help me ! :( cant verify security questions!

okay, i cant get into my account with answering the questions, ive sent the email a thousand times, but my email acc says it can not verify for apple, & yes its connected to apple as my rescueemail, my phone has the latest update ios 9.3 or something. someone please help ???? so frustrated!!!!!!!!!!! 😢😢😢

You need to ask Apple's Account Security team to reset your security questions. To contact them, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.
